Sky Glass is absolutely useless. The device constantly freezes and crashes all the time. It should not be sold to anyone in such a faulty state. Sky are a terrible company who do not care about how many of there customers they have completely shafted with this faulty device.

Wouldn’t ever consider purchasing…
Wouldn’t ever consider purchasing again. Already replaced the first one I had after only 2 months. Second day of having the replacement began having problems again. You can’t turn the tv on and have to reset it every 2nd or 3rd watch. Cannot express frustration with this TV.

Do not waste your time
Do not waste your time, effort & money even contemplating switching to Sky Glass. Crap product, dreadful customer support & a nine day protracted waste of time to have to go back to my original package of over ten years.

Avoid at all costs
Honestly, unbelievably disappointed with my experience with Sky Glass. Consistent disconnection from the WiFi network, the telephone support team just ask you to turn the tv on and off. The resolution is to upgrade us to sky max breadboard at an extra cost of £6 per month. Incredibly disappointed, I would avoid this as a solution. Poor product, which is a massive shame because it would be great if it worked. Disappointed and upset with my experience. I would not recommend this.

Absolute joke of a business
Had issues from the start, Had sky glass and had to get the tv replaced 18 months ago, Today the tv was powering down and then on all days , 3 and half hours. Offered me a new gen 2 tv for a replacement as I'm out of warranty but the tv is only 1 year old as this is a replacement the warranty doesn't extend. They wanted an upfront payment of £470 for me to use the service I pay for ....Absolute joke... been with them 16 years and they treat you like a joke when things aren't working. I will be leaving them soon and never again

This company created bogus email…
This company created bogus email attached to my order, resulting in evasion or confirmation email. Customer service was pressure avoidance- not addressing specific order questions & constantly asking "is there anything else" to end chat without resolution. Tracking link is bogus, fails to direct anywhere. Shipping 'delayed' by several days.

Shockingly Bad.... AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!
Shockingly bad and one star simply because that's the lowest I can give.
The connection is constantly useless and I've never had to the Sky Glass box switch off and on again so many times (usually daily). The Sky Glass TV sits opposite the router about 4m away (also from Sky) with a clear line of sight.
Constantly loses connection and every day at some point the TV will simply drop out displaying:
'Technical Fault'
'Waiting to Load'
'Press Home Button to Refresh'
'Waiting For Programme To Load'
Intermittent blue screen with, 'Enter PIN' (for James Martin's Saturday Morning!!).
The list goes on....
If I don't switch the Glass TV stuff off and back on I'd just get a blue screen for the rest of the day.... and then it's only a matter of time before I have to do it again on the same day. Oh, and mustn't forget the fuzzy TV images when it does work and is still struggling to connect.
The Sky Customer Service is hopeless, clutching at straws and the excuses are laughable. They'll say that I have something "Too near" the router, despite nothing being near it and a clear line of sight 4m away to the TV. There's nothing wrong with the router.... Four Ring cameras connected to it which are at the far end of the house (one even at the far corner of the garage), through walls and outside and they have never lost connection. Also have an old smart TV upstairs in the opposite corner of the house, again no problem connecting to the router. My old iPhone has no problem anywhere connecting to the router either inside, upstairs, in the garage and even at the far end of the garden or on the drive. My 1st Gen Amazon Dot also at the far end of the house has no issues in connection. The router simply can't get any further away from these item and all work fine, except for the Sky Glass TV which is the nearest, in the same room and opposite.
All the time the router is connected to all of these the Sky Glass TV opposite the router loses connection daily, several times. I'm even typing all this on my router WiFi connected laptop, which has full connection, while sat next to the Glass TV that has lost connection! Couldn't make it up.
When it does decide to work, the audio and visual are out of sync at some point in the day (up to about eight seconds at times) with a remedy of having to change channels and back again. Even my fancy Sound Bar can't deal with the poor Sky Glass TV connection and performance meaning the woofer box comes in and out (very annoying).
Sadly, I have a long time left on the contract before I can replace Sky Glass, which I will, unless another provider wants my business and will pay the penalty fees. As soon as I can I'll be moving to another TV/media provider.
Truly shocking and useless for what you pay, and yes, I even paid for the better connection package, and I can't wait to leave Sky Glass.... Avoid at all costs!!!
I'm now waiting for the lame excuses from Sky in relation to this post. They'll just try to make me do all the things we did last time in some vain forlorn attempt to keep a connection. They ran out of excuses last time.
UPDATE - They've not even bothered to reply to this or attempt to resolve it.
