I reached out to SkyView for a simple consultation on Shift4, and I’ve regretted it ever since. The systems look solid and the pricing is competitive, but the sales culture is a total dealbreaker. After that one call, I was hounded by multiple agents calling three times a week. When I decided not to move forward, the tactics turned aggressive. I was met with guilt, shame, and condescending comments like, "well, it's your business," implying failure was inevitable if I didn't use their specific POS. I’ve dealt with Toast before—who I consider the gold standard in overcharging—and even they don’t resort to these kinds of harassment tactics. If this is the level of "service" you get before you even sign a contract, I’d hate to see what happens when you actually need support. I would rather ring up every sale by hand than deal with this team. Hard pass.
