Ordered an item and it’s not what I expected. I filled out the return request and several days later I have received no label. I have emailed and called and no response. My next step will be to file a fraud report. This type of service is not acceptable.

J'aurais du regarder les avis avant de commander. Pour faire un retour (à mes frais) j'ai du leur envoyer 5 mails en ils ont mis 3 semaines à m'envoyer le bon de retour. Aucun service client, à fuir.

Very long shipping delay with poor communication. But the products are simply not pet proof as advertised. My cats LOVE to scratch their pet safe slipcovers and after just a few days the slipcovers look awful.

Complete scam. I've been following up for a refund to a returned item (quality issues) since April and no answers. I can't believe there is no accountability for such a behavior. DO NOT purchase anything from them!

High cost, poor quality, unresponsive customer support. Felt like their approach was to wait out my return request hoping I’d forget about it. Return request was finally accepted after two weeks of prodding them with follow up emails, I can now see it was received three days ago but I’m still waiting for the refund.

I received 1 sofa cover and 2 cushion covers on Oct 6. Fabric was thin and did not grip. I sent a return request on Oct 10th and received a response that my request was "under review". I have followed up twice and have not received a response. My purchase was not a final sale, is unused, and should be eligible for a full refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an online retailer.

Cette entreprise américaine dont le siège est à Los Angeles ne respecte pas les accords internationaux du commerce avec la France et notamment le droit de la consommation français. Dés lors en cas de désaccord, tout devient compliqué : ils ne respectent pas leurs propres conditions générales de vente, font passer leurs obligations légales pour des gestes commerciaux, font semblant de ne pas comprendre vos demandes, répondent à côté, ou ne répondent pas. Leurs messages, probablement générés par l'IA, sont impersonnels et truffés de non sens et d'erreurs. Après de longues tractations et menaces, j'ai pu enfin me faire rembourser le paiement de la commande mais pas les frais de retour de marchandise, pourtant réputés pris en charge dans leurs CGV, en cas d'erreur de leur part, ce qui était le cas. Bref, acheter chez Slashop est une aventure désagréable et chronophage. J'en ai informé la DGCCRF. Leur réponse du 23 octobre confirme non seulement la justesse de mes réproches, qu'ils ne contestent pas, mais en plus ils s'en excusent ! A quoi bon, s'ils continuent leurs pratiques répréhensibles ? Fournisseur à éviter.

I ordered a sofa cover from Slashop and immediately realized I ordered the wrong size. I checked their return policy and saw that they offer full refunds so I immediately placed a second order for the same sofa cover in a larger size just minutes after my original order. I received both sofa covers about 2 weeks ago. I went to their online return portal and submitted a return request the same day I received my order. I got a message that customer service will email a return label within 1-2 business days. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve received no response. I’ve emailed customer service 5 times and no one will respond. If you read the comments under their pinned Instagram post hundreds of people say the exact same thing. BEWARE….this company is a scam!! They also do not have a telephone number so there is NO WAY to contact them.
