Took ages to arrive and not impressed it comes from China not Australia as that's where it was sent from so false advertising is not cool, it's not breathable and very hot on ears and forehead and i have a shaved head this makes it uncomfortable also speakers don't go loud at all also u have to remove it out of the band to charge it wich is anoying meh save ya money and invest I'm a good quality product thats not made in China👎

Good product BUT customer service sucks and they don't keep their word. Their website sates lifetime warranty for any defects. My sleepband pro was damaged when I emailed them about getting a new one they said they wouldn't. I tried calling them on the two different phone numbers on their website and they both went to vm.

Charging terminal on band is not made well and mine busted within five months of use, I loved the product but spending 50$ on what only lasted several months sux.

Ordered these when they were half price (RRP$99) with high hopes considering their advertising. The GOOD - Comfortable & breathable material - blocks light very well - can take call without removing band - components can be removed so the band can be washed - speakers sound clear & can be adjusted to suit the individual - comes with a pouch - prompt & easy delivery - comes with thank you card to download instruction manual And now for the BAD... - the control panel is thick and placed in an awkward position. If you are a side sleeper it can (and does) dig into your face - the controls are supposed to be multi-functional but they are finnicky. (A single press will skip the song and holding the button is used to lower/ raise the volume) I found it frustrating trying to adjust the volume even slightly, but instead kept skipping the song because It wasn't held down long enough. Also double clicking the play button will make a call. So that's fun... - the speakers are very lightly padded & cause discomfort when on your side. If you manage to get them into a comfortable position they will move easily during sleep so you can wake with some pain before readjusting - the wiring is very flimsy and the cabling can get in the way - Does NOT block out sound. Is not sound isolating. If you want to block out sound you will have to raise the volume over the noise - the "instruction manual" isn't so much about technical information, as it is promoting the product further. There is no information regarding how to connect, how controls work, charge time, battery capacity and length, tech specs, warnings, etc. After ordering, delivery and testing, I would say that this might be good for someone who sleeps exclusively on their back.. but definitely not at full price. The electronic components seem cheap, wrapped in a nice covering.. They do offer a 30 day guarantee if you aren't happy with the product which I may chase up.

Next, if you don't mind I'd like to talk more about the bad, in our SleepBand: Yes, the control panel can seem uncomfortable if you only sleep on one side the entire night. The controls are meant to be easy for you, but we can understand at first use, it may be frustrating. The wiring is meant to be able to remove, so you can wash the SleepBand, therefore it cannot be a thick cable. Yes, you must listen to music or sounds in order to block out the noise completely. We want you to be comfortable while blocking noise out. At this time, the only complete noise canceling headphones are big, bulky, heavy, completely cover your ears and probably cost more than $150. Lastly, the user manual. I believe you may have seen our E-Book instead of the manual. When you first receive your order, there is a white card with a QR Code to scan to gain the manual link and the Ebook. The manual link is located on the first or second page, then the remainder of the pages are tech info, sleep sound apps and promotions.
