like the opitions of sizes you get but the head gear needs more grip to stay put , it moves when you turn over and mask leaks.

I gave it a 3 bcuz of the smell. I had to return it. Couldn't sleep with my CPAP bcuz I couldn't stand the smell left from the machine. I would have liked to have kept it.

Too complicated and time consuming for senior citizens, My wife has used CPAP machine for nearly 7years and has sanitized it and has not made her sick. Cost too much to return. Will never recommend to anyone.

The return policy is worthless. How do you know if it is right for you unless you use it. Under their return policy if you use it it's yours regardless.

There is to much length which causes a lot of doubled up material next to your head.

The clear tube started to fill with water after only two times using it I have to disconnect it totally and only hook it up when it's time to clean

I had a hard time reaching the company to place my order. Left several msg with no reply. Once I was able to reach them and place my order I did receive my product quickly after having to pay the over night delivery fee. Once in France with my new device the key pad stopped working. Customer Service via email and phone was slow and with not much initiative. I was provide the contact information for a supplier in France and after three days with no device was provide a replacement unit by the company in France. When you spend close to a $1000 dollars you expect more for a service. Customer Experience is about feeling important, feeling like people care about you and your needs. This company has a long way to go in this area before they can really get and keep customers.

I've used a CPAP machine for 15 years. My biggest concern was the how too clean my CPAP MACHINE internal (pump & filter area). I purchased this So clean machine to clean my entire machine. Once I setup my so clean machine I realized that it is ONLY cleaning the mask, hose and tank. it doesn't clean the internal parts of the CPAP. The setup of the Soclean machine was confusing you only show a newer model CPAP machine. Instruction should have Quick Start instruction for different model machines.

Craig - the SoClean is designed to sanitize the parts of a CPAP system that can develop, and harbor, harmful bacteria within a persons CPAP equipment. This happens within the parts of the system where the warm, moist air is generated and then pressurized for therapeutic benefit. This means that the SoClean will sanitize the water, humidification chamber, tubing, and mask/headgear. The components within a CPAP's blower system are not directly exposed to the aforementioned environmental factors. To protect the inner components, CPAP manufacturers have designed an externally mounted filtration chamber to keep particulate matter from entering the CPAP. When manufacturers guidelines are followed the filter is kept clean and the inner components are protected. As far as the quick start guide, SoClean endeavors to make the set up process as easy as possible. The instructions are designed to fit a wide array of differing CPAP models.
