Sleeping With OnyxReviews of sleepingwithonyx.com

From the first night I felt the difference between my half dozen pillows I have on the bed to switch out during the night due to "head sweats." One week on I here to buy another... does anybody want some extra pillows? I'm going 100% ONYX from now on! Ordering another right now...

I was hesitant at first, not being able to experience the pillow before purchasing it, but it was just the right support for someone who often has a strained neck from exercise and sitting in front of the computer too long! If you're looking for a new pillow, I recommend giving this a try.

The pillow is excellent, very comfortable and does give the support as advertised. 5 stars! Delivery was a little slower than expected, I contacted the company and got a nice reply. It has ended up being worth the wait

I didn’t realize how much my pillow was holding me back until I switched to Onyx. This isn’t just another pillow—it feels like a complete rethink of what rest is supposed to be. From the first night, the difference was obvious. The pillow naturally cradles my head and neck without feeling stiff or overly soft, and the airflow keeps it cool all night. I wake up without the usual neck tension or shoulder soreness, and for the first time in a long while, I don’t feel the need to constantly adjust my sleeping position. What really sets Onyx apart is how restorative the sleep feels. I wake up clear-headed, energized, and ready to go—whether that’s for an early workout or a long day of meetings. It feels engineered for recovery, alignment, and real performance, not just comfort. Onyx isn’t about fluff or gimmicks. It’s about waking up pain-free, refreshed, and genuinely rested. If you take your health, performance, or recovery seriously, this pillow earns its place on your bed.

Best pillow I’ve slept with in my life. Beats the Hilton or Hampton. Thank you so much for this!

I used to wake up with neck pain quite often until I started using the Onyx pillow. It's a sleep game changer!

I was really hopeful about this pillow, but unfortunately it provided no meaningful support for my neck or head. The material felt heavy and awkward rather than supportive, twisted in all the wrong places, and it did not maintain alignment as advertised. After multiple nights, it actually made my discomfort worse. What’s more disappointing is the customer service. I reached out clearly and politely to request a return/refund and have since been completely ignored outside of an initial response that left me with unanswered question. No response, no resolution to my follow up asking that despite their guarantee of better night's sleep would they be covering return shipping since it failed to live up to that guarantee. For a product at this price point, both the pillow quality and the lack of customer support are unacceptable. I would not recommend this pillow, and I strongly caution others to consider the risk if you need support or a return.

After 2 months of waiting because of shipping logistics problem, I finally got the pillow ! The wait was long but boy was it worth it ! I’ve tried maybe 6-7 different pillows in the last 10years… The Onyx Pillow is worth it ! It’s soft enough but offers great head/neck support. The texture is weird to the touch but obviously great for sleeping! Treat yourself ! I love it ! 👌🏻☺️👍🏻
