Sleepphones are so much more comfortable than any other headphones and I can listen at a higher volume without bothering anyone else in the room. I would highly recommend them to anyone who sleeps with music or white noise.

The charging is not quite as easy as I thought it could be engineered. Seeing the Green light is not easy. Also the earphones move around in the headband and sometimes get on top of the battery/module.

Dear Arnold, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced with the SleepPhones® Effortless! When placing the Bluetooth® module on the charging base, please make sure that it is facing down on the induction charger. This means that when you feel it as it is charging, it should be a flat surface with the three buttons pointing toward the charging base. Also, the speaker plug on the module will need to be positioned on the opposite side of the micro USB port on the charging base. When positioned correctly, you will feel a magnetic attraction between the Bluetooth® module and the charging base. You can watch a video of how the charging process is performed at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohc4z8XDM0I Regarding the headband, having a snug fitting headband will eliminate the headband from slipping and the speakers from moving around within the band after you position them. We would be happy to exchange it for a different size! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into!
