Cost for parts, or items are high. Looking elsewhere for items has saved me a great deal. Like slingmods just too expensive

Thanks for your feedback. Just a quick note - we do price match eligible competitors. If you find the same item for less, reach out to us and we'll be happy to review it.

I ordered the aftermarket seat for my 2022 Can Am Spyder F3-S with driver and passenger backrests. I like the seat but looking for potential ideas to prevent the passenger backrest from flopping around. It distracts from the seat! Any options to return? This makes the seat look cheap and at almost 1400 it definitely was not!!!!

Hello Jean - Apologies your item was on pre-order. Your cancellation request was received on the 20th, and refunded on the same day. Refunds can take 24 to 48 hours to show up on your statement. I'll be emailing you a refund receipt as well, so we can investigate further if needed.

SlingMods, you guys are great and offer just about everything under the sun for our Slingshots. I wish you guys would post all honest reviews so the customer could really know what they are buying. You refused to post my nightmare with Neutrino Black Box review with pictures provided, and recently my Twist Dynamics Gull Wing Top review that was a gift from my wife that had several flaws that I didn't even bother to post pics because I knew you wouldn't post. Your customers have the right to know that not everything is as perfect as you project them to be. Thanks

I rec'd what I ordered but the delivery time was very slow. I ordered from another vendor a similar part at the exact same time. They beat you to my front door by over a week.

Hey Charles - I apologize for the delayed shipping. From the looks of it, your item was shipped out the same day you placed your order, and looks like USPS had the package for about 4 days before it was delivered to you. As we try to keep our free shipping (on most orders over $85) system in place, we have to walk a thin line of fast but affordable shipping. Appreciate the feedback and let us know if there is anything we can do for you in the future.

Took a while to get my order, but it did arrive without any install instructions. Never did get my bottle of Jack Daniels

Hey Ed - We appreciate the order and the support. We took a look and it seems your item was a "Pre-Order" item when you had placed it. The item was shipped two days early from the ETA which and was shipped on the 16th, and arrived to you on the 21st (weekend in between). I apologize for any confusion, but we do appreciate the feedback and will evaluate this when we do pre-orders. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for.
