I thought this was going to be a good place to play, however it won’t allow me to link any bank account and it says I have to wait for a response from customer that could take up to 48 hrs. Not sure I’ll play again. I’ve never had this issue other place.

Won $116 and they refuse to link my bank account to redeem! And it wasn't a prepaid Bank it was Wells Fargo and another brick and mortar Bank that I have used. WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO LINK MY BANK ACCOUNT SO I CAN GET THE MONEY THAT I EARNED WITH MONEY THAT I SPENT.

Hi Amber, We understand your concerns and would like to provide some additional information regarding your redemption. Slot Spot has not refused to allow you to redeem your winnings. Our records show that you encountered an error while attempting to use Pay by Bank, this does not mean that your redemption was refused. Our Support team has provided information to assist you with the redemption process and remains available for continued support if you should need it. We hope to hear from you so we can get this issue resolved.

I’ve been playing sweepstakes casinos for three years. This is the first site that took my money and because I can’t upload my identification documents they must be scanned. They refuse to give me a refund. Shady and scams. Do not play with them. If it’s to this level imagine what it will be like when you hit big. They should save every one the trouble and shit thier doors now.

Hi Lonnie, We take concerns like this seriously and would like to clarify what occurred. Identity verification is required to help protect both our players and the integrity of the platform. It is a standard requirement on many sweepstakes platforms. We also want to clarify that your refund was not refused. Your purchase has been refunded. We understand that verification can sometimes be inconvenient, but our team has been working to assist you with the verification process since August 26, and we remain available to help with any questions or concerns.

Hi Oliver, Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear you're enjoying the selection of games on Slot Spot. We understand that gameplay can have its ups and downs. Our games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which means each game outcome is independent and wins are never guaranteed based on previous results or gameplay. We appreciate you playing with us and hope you continue to enjoy the games.

I found this site on facebook. I literally won 100 and was denied my redemption. My bank is one of the banks that is allowed. This is ridiculous. I’ve never ran into no issues like this with any other site. So now my redemption is sitting in limbo. 1 star deserved at this time.
