My cat loves the food and her coat is so soft and shiny!! I love the ingredients and the company has really good customer service. I recommend!!

I started with a trial box that came well-insulated and packed with dry ice as each order does. I did as suggested and slowly transitioned my cats by combining Smalls with the food they were used to eating. I have found that heating the food briefly in the microwave to just warm it slightly enhances the eating experience for my cats. I recently received my second full order and each time I was easily able to edit my next delivery date and the frequency. I have chosen to continue to combine Smalls with a small amount of the brand that my cats have always loved, as both are very healthy for them. I have also been able to adjust the amounts of the different types they seem to love most. I’ve added more cow and fish, while subtracting an equal number of bird packets. Their customer service is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. So far I am very happy with Smalls and so are my three cats.

my boys LOVE all of the smalls food! they’ve been eating it for about 2 months now and their coats have gotten much shinier, softer and there’s not a spec of dander on them! plus, my dad (who is seriously allergic) no longer has any issues when he visits, even when he hasn’t taken any allergy medicine!! i’ll also tell you that the relatively regular gut issues one of them had been having have stopped since we made the switch. the shipments come quickly right to our door which saves my adhd from getting in the way of the boys getting fed. i am a loyal smalls customer as long as my boys continue to enjoy it!

Switch my cats and my fosters over to Smalls. Everyone is loving the variety and I've even seen a change in my cats physically. They are more playful, with more energy, and seem to have actually toned up quite a bit (likely from the increase in zoomies from all that energy). Its definitely worth the investment in my babies. I also don't mind getting this food on my hands when I go to feed everyone....as it feels/smells/tastes (yes tastes) like actual food!

Customer service unparalleled. Pricey for this senior citizen but this is mitigated by minimal vomiting - only hairballs - which is a tremendous relief. Note: my cat had been under the care of a vet due to weight loss and disinterest in food. I was pulling my hair out. He put her on a Prednisone regimen, which helped. I wanted to offer her the best food possible; tried Smalls. Sold! Her coat is shiny and she is eating. No passing of gas 😂 she's a content little kitty and I am so very relieved. Thanks, Smalls ♥️

We have a senior cat that is going through some tummy issue, and this food change has been amazing. She is back to eating and gaining weight which we need her to do so. I can already tell her fur and skin are better and the smooth fish is her favorite. I almost ran out the first box we tried and had to contact their customer service to see if we could expedite the process. They were great and moved our shipping up at no additional cost and were amazing to deal with. I have already referred them to two of my friends! I am very impressed and they truly care about your kitties and your service!
