I like dealing with car ship my car was delivered when they said they would. The one thing I didn’t like was the price change at the last minute. It started out at $625. Then I was told that I needed to pay an extra 495. I prefer to be told up front what was due and no changes at the last minute. Over all the service was great but needs to be more transparent.

This a very difficult car transportation company to deal with. They lure you in by giving you a reasonable price and then they double it saying that it's not their fault its what the driver wants. If you sign a contract at a price, how does the price change from what was agreed, to now what the driver wants? Be very careful and read the fine print because they make it very difficult for you to cancel the contract. This is a bait and switch company.

So the Shiply service is a little anoying. They all lowball until you contact them and after you agree to pay the lowball price they talk with the actual driver and get the actual $per mileage and every time it was the same amount. I tryed going with the next guy that offered the lowest price and every time it came out the same price in the end. Dont waste your time with these companies based across the country/world, just call the local drivers yourself and negotiate the fee. Make them tell you their $per miles rate. Having said that, Sam with Smart Carship was clearly spoken and knowledgeable and although ultimately charged the same price as everyone else, he was attentive and followed up with good service.
