Mr. Ortiz broke everything down for me in very simple honesty terms. I was very comfortable talking about my future credit status and getting myself back in the game. I have talked to several people about rebuilding my credit in the past, but he was certainly the best l have come across. I'm happy to have him on my team. REGARDS- Patrick george

Chris Marin thank you for listening to my concerns, answering all my e-mails the last few weeks and guiding me in making the correct direction to where I want to be with my financial goals! Chris listened and answered all my questions and concerns. He never once tried to pressure me into making any decisions and used his knowledge to guide me in making my decision! A debt free life sounds great to me and knowing I have Chris and a team behind him to keep me on track and will be available for any questions or concerns I may have in the future is definitely piece of mind! Thank you again Chris!

Andrew was my representative and he was very caring and sympathetic to my needs he explained things to me very clearly where I could understand it and it all made sense. Honestly as I was talking to him and while he was breaking things down to me it really hit me in the head like a rock and I'm thinking if some of the other agencies or companies that I talked to had made it plain like he did I probably would be in a better situation by now, because I would have took advantage of the opportunity but no one said anything about a hardship or the help that was out there for people in situations like me. But when I explained my situation to him he started working on it immediately and got back to me. I've been down for some months now and now I feel as though I can breathe again. I really appreciate how he took the time and broke everything down and explain it to me. Thank you so much Andrew for your patience. I talked with him several times on August 29th 2023 and I also talk with him today August 30th 2023. He's very easy to talk to patience, and understanding. Thanks Hattie Poole.

Chris did an amazing job at explaining everything and make sure my husband and myself understand the process. He made it very simple to understand and the best part he made is realize how much money we could be saving and get out from under credit card debt.
