I’ve used SmartScout while working in sales at two of the top Accelerators. I couldn’t imagine doing my job without the platform. The team is also next level. Brock and Stan have helped me countless times over the years. It’s crazy how much I still don’t know after a few years on the platform. I’d recommend putting time in to become a power user, as this is a great tool for brands and sellers.

CS helped out with any quirks or questions I had. Was able to see market share data that nobody else could provide as well as keyword usage from competitors. Love it!

I loved my experience with Smartscout! I felt like they genuinely had an interest in me and my business and weren’t just trying to sell their software. I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s thinking about looking into it! I talked to Caitlin and she was absolutely amazing! 10/10!!

I LOVED my experience with SmartScout. When my grandmother was diagnosed with Leukemia, I felt like I didn’t haven’t anyone to talk to. However, SmartScout’s employees brought me the comfort I needed. THANK YOU SMARTSCOUT!!

I’ve been using SmartScout for a while now, and it’s hands down one of the most powerful tools for serious Amazon sellers. If you’re a brand owner, wholesaler, or agency, SmartScout gives you unparalleled insights into the Amazon marketplace.

There are a lot of unknowns when selling on Amazon. SmartScout helps fill in the gaps in a very intuitive way. It's not perfect, but its clear that the team is constantly improving the product and giving me more bang for my buck. Absolutely essential tool. Also, I have to laugh at the reviews that complain about not getting a refund for a subscription renewal... I've never had a company do that. Not Apple, not Netflix, not Google. It's a totally unrealistic expectation and honestly the reviews here probably just suffer from low reach. SmartScout is great!
