Impressed with the Smart Thaw, so far. Will need to wait until we receive a frost warning. Good customer service in answering some questions about installation. Shipping and delivery was outstanding - Ordered on a Friday and received on following Monday.

I called & Sharon was able to locate the size of heated hose that I needed for my travel trailer. I was able to drive right over & get what I needed. Competitively priced & my pleasure to do business with a locally owned company. (Don’t forget if you want your logo painted..) I would highly recommend

My experience with SmartTechProducts was great! I had and issue with a few of the freeze free hoses and called to figure out the warranty on them. I was able to reach someone right away and got replacements ordered. They paid for return shipping of the defaulted hoses and sent the replacements right away. They contacted me to make sure i had received the shipping label. They wont leave you hanging!
