Im extremely happy and grateful with my experience at smileie. It has been very simple to follow all the instructions . My specialist named Brett has been amazing! Fast response, accommodating , knowledgeable . My results have been excellent, I’m at the end of my treatment and will need a few refinement trays and Brett is already working on that. Excellent service!

I had braces as a teenager, but over the years, my teeth have shifted. I decided to go with Smileie because of the convenience, affordability, and the fact that they are one of the very few companies that offer aligners for only the top teeth (most others require you to purchase aligners for both the top and bottom teeth). So far, the process has been going well, and I can see the difference with each step. The customer support has been amazing! Brett, my Smileie advisor, has been very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I can’t wait to see the final results!

My Smileie teeth aligners and the process is awesome. They fit perfect and are tough as nails. At my yearly teeth cleaning the Dentist was impressed with the quality, and I'm impressed with the price!

Smileie is the real deal Holyfield. I purchased my aligners around May 2025. I went through the molding process, 8 stages of aligners for the top and 11 for bottom, and I can say hands down they met my expectations. From the start they set you up with a Smilie Advisor who stays with throughout the process. They assist with questions, approval and any post aligner issues….like a broken retainer. ☹. I need to give a shoutout to my Advisor, Brett Arndt. Brett must work 24 – 7. I really wasn’t expecting much as I did the aligners on a whim, but Brett totally changed my viewpoint. Thank you Brett. The aligners did what they said they would do. Smileie offers a great product, great packaging and customer service. Not much more I can say except look at the results. I was a bit nervous about doing the teeth impression, but step-by-step guidance(Dr.Jay) made the whole process super clear and easy. Everything went smoothly, and I felt completely supported along the way. Highly recommend!

I was excited to get my bottom teeth fixed.. they sent me top and bottom retainers. There was a set price we agreed upon. When they sent me the set of retainers in 10 steps I noticed the teeth were not straight by the last step. I voiced my concern and they said don't worry you may need further alignment. I did the initial 140-160 day treatment, and after all this time my teeth look identical. And then the worker says we will have to charge you extra 2-300 to keep going into another set?! What kind of crap is that. We agreed upon a price to fix my teeth and now they are just going to keep up charging me, stringing me along?

I have been a Smileie user since January 2026. All the aligners were sent at the same time. This was so convenient as someone who travels often. I need refinement aligners for my bottom teeth. I have been in contact with a doctor via Zoom, and Brett through customer service. Both experiences have been productive and they are helping me get the refinement aligners I need. I will follow up after I am completely finished, but this has been a good experience for me at a pretty good price.
