If i can give no star i will! I put $200 and i never got even a free spin! I can’t believe i played in a lots of casino online but this is one of the most greedy casino I’ve played. If you want to win DO NOT PLAY IN THIS CASINO. THIS IS LITERALLY TRASH NO RETURN TO PLAYER NO NOTHING! THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY A BIG SCAM!

Hi Cheenie, We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can feel when things don’t go your way, especially after making a deposit. Smiles Casino operates under a sweepstakes model, where outcomes are entirely based on chance, and results will naturally vary for each player. We genuinely want everyone to have a fair and enjoyable experience, and our support team is always available to help with any questions or concerns.

Used to enjoy Smiles Casino for the daily bonuses. Now it’s 5 cents a day and max is 15 cents like that’s supposed to keep people playing? It feels like a slap in the face. Not worth my time anymore.

Hi Grant, Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with the recent daily bonus changes. While bonus amounts can vary over time as part of ongoing updates, we understand how important these rewards are to our users. Your input is appreciated, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with the relevant team as we continue to shape a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.

I couldn’t hit a bonus to save my life. Seems shady and I probably won’t be using this site anymore

Hi L_Housman, Thanks for giving Smiles a try. We understand how discouraging it can feel when wins don’t come your way, especially early on. All outcomes are random and based on chance, but we always want the experience to feel fair and engaging. Your feedback is important, and we’ll keep working to improve for all players.
