The installation process excellent!
The existing system needed replacing so my payment will be $3 more a month only-- not bad. Friendly and professional service . I feel much safer now.

The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and polite. He answered all my questions and completed the install in about 1 hour.

best customer service EVER!!!!
I couldn't find my installers name on my paperwork, so I can't send a big helping YOOHOO to him.... BUT..... the entire company from Cody to my installer were helpful, professional and very down to earth..... AND the system is SUPER EASY TO use.....

Customer friendly with lots of perks!
Smith Monitoring was very easy to work with from start to finish. From setting up the appointment, installation, system explanation, cleanup, and follow-up service...it's all been great. We had our alarm go off once and it was reassuring and simple to work with the company. I'm recommending them to friends!
