About Smiths Surplus and Supply

Smith’s Surplus and Supply is an online Military Surplus and Army Surplus Store built around honest gear, clear condition grading, and dependable customer service.Every piece of surplus gear that comes through our door is inspected using our 4-point inspection system. We check assault packs, rucksacks, backpacks, MOLLE pouches, FILBE components, field gear, sleep systems, tarps, and other military surplus equipment for wear, holes, tears, staining, damaged hardware, broken buckles, and zipper issues. As each item is inspected, it is sorted and graded by condition so customers know what they are buying before it ships. We do not believe in vague surplus listings or surprise condition problems at the door. Our goal is simple: describe the gear accurately, pack it right, and ship the item you paid for. Before an order leaves our shop, we inspect it again during packing. That final check helps make sure your military surplus gear matches the condition grade, product description, and expectations set on the listing.Real surplus. Clearly graded. Packed with care.

Thank you! We’re glad the TAP Panel arrived safely in the UK and performed well in the field. The USGI Tactical Assault Panel system is a great piece of modular military surplus gear, and we’re always happy to help with questions. We appreciate your support!

I'm grateful to finally find a hard-to-find item from my old Army days. Great price and super-fast delivery are the much-appreciated icing on the cake! Thank you!

Quality not as described.
Shipping and delivery were on time, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the sustainment pouches that came with the MOLLE rucksack arrived with quality issues. Both pouches had snaps/buttons already detached when I opened the box, and the other snaps are barely holding on or show signs they may fail soon. Since these pouches need to stay securely attached—especially when loaded—this is a concern. I’d like to see this addressed, ideally with a replacement or repair option.

Hi Horacio, Thank you for the follow-up. As mentioned previously, review platforms aren’t monitored support channels, which can delay resolution. We do inspect attachment points prior to shipment, but we’re still willing to review the issue and see what can be done. To move this forward, please contact us directly at [email protected] and include clear photos of the snaps in question. Once received, we’ll evaluate and determine appropriate next steps. We’re always willing to address legitimate issues when customers reach out through the proper channel. — Smiths Surplus Customer Support
