This is a great property and great amenities. Very clean and well maintained. When we opened dishwasher has strong smell of fish. Had an electric fireplace , said under amenities it was gas. Very nicely furnished.

I have been coming to Colonial Properties each year since September 2012, I have absolutely LOVED everything about every Cabin that my family and I have stayed in. From a 2 bedroom cabin to a 5 bedroom cabin, I think every family deserves a great getaway in the Smoky's.☺ let's not forget to mention, all of the wonderful attractions nearby. Can't wait to try the Happily Ever After Cabin, this Valentine's Day with my Honey ☺ they have stolen my Vote I wouldn't dare rent from any other company while staying in Gatlinburg

I'm so disappointed that the hot tub in our cabin "Little piece of heaven" was not working for our entire stay.I called and asked twice for someone to fix it, but no one showed up. I had 2 kids with me who were so excited about the hut tub and so disappointing they were not able to use it. 3 days and no one showed up. I received no apologies or discount.
