The wifi didn't work and I reported it the first day and it was needed. Did not seem to matter to the rental company. Also there was a note to clean up after your pets, well we noticed that all the neighbors walked there pets through the yard at the rental and even through your carport. Where I am from that is trespassing. Plus this place is advertised as a cabin, it is along way from one nice place but not a cabin.

Thus was a very easy process to reserve the cabin. I've never reserved a cabin before and was a little nervous to do so, but the staff made it easy and enjoyable.

I called yesterday to schedule a girls get-away in Pigeon Forge, Tn. We are planning this trip for early January, 2017. The registration process was very easy and the cabin we chose looked very inviting. Looking forward to this trip, and looking forward to doing business with this agency again. Thank you!

I had to tow reservations. One for official outing and other for personal outing. Official booking 119570 went pretty well. Then i went ahead to make personal booking. While paying the site gave and error and i landed with a dead page. Returning back to start my personal booking all over again. Now what i see the same cabin is no longer available for my said dates. Had to settle for another cabin and went ahead to make a booking paying full n final for booking id 119573. Now starts the issue... In some moments i start getting emails. Confirmation that i booked 119570 (Official) Confirmation that i booked 119573 (Personal) - paid in full And to my surprize - another confirmation came with id 119570. Charged my card. Now this is the one which had a page crash during booking. No signature, no confirmation from site but in background somehow the system booked a cabin without giving me any confirmation page. Called the toll free number to try and see if this was some error email or was getting automatically cancelled. The gentleman on phone was very polite and made every possible attempt to be helpful. But he was helpless as this was automatically managed by some backend system. He assured me that he will pass this error details to finance/concerned departments but there was no assurance if what actions will happen on booking done in background without confirmation and signatures of mine (ie 119571) Now the family vacation of mine is getting converted to a nightmare of trying to sort out double bookings. The experience of ease and joy some how is getting to be not so much a pleasant experience.

Smokey Ridge sit way up on the mountain with a beyond steep drive. That was a little scared. When we finally got to the top. We had no trouble getting inside with our key code. You ur immediate impression was disappointing. When we walked in the first thing we noticed was a tare in the carpet right at the front door. The carpet was really in poor condition in the living room. Then we noticed that the coffee table was broken. That was a little upsetting. I have to say, other than that the place was great. We so enjoyed the side porch and hot tub. We saw lots of turkeys and a bear. ( the bear was down the driveway) it was great! The rest of the house was very clean. Getting up and down the drive got much better with practice. All in all the only thing I really wish they would fix is the carpet and the coffee table. Stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer worked great. The mattresses were very firm but slept just fine. I would stay there again.
