Easy process for online reservations and everything was very straightforward. After using a company that canceled my reservation without my knowledge, I had 3 days to find a cabin during peak season. I found an excellent cabin at a great price with Colonial Properties. I even received a courtesy call day of check in to make sure we found it and settled in ok. Will absolutely use again for next trip.

I apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. I just looked over your reservation, I do not see that any maintenance issues were reported during your stay. In the Rental Contract you received prior to your arrival it listed all items provided by Colonial Properties - WHAT WE SUPPLY - When you arrive at your cabin you will notice some of the supplies that are provided, including but not limited to; paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Once you have depleted the provided items, you are responsible for purchasing any additional items. All bed linens, towels, kitchenware, utensils, etc. are inventoried upon check out. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Our stay at "Livin' The Dream" cabin was nice. Cabin was adequate for our needs. Didn't do much more than just sleep there. View was "ok". Felt very private as the cabin was not right on top of the neighbors like a lot of them are. Last mile to the cabin was gravel road but was in good shape. Cabin was clean enough to make me comfortable but not immaculate. Central air conditioning was the best part since it was super hot the week we stayed! Stay and Play passes were a good idea and a nice offer although we only used it twice. Choices were better if you had kids vs adult couple. Very easy to use though! Checkin process was seamless. Received a courtesy call to make sure everything was ok which was very nice. All in all, Colonial Properties is a good company to deal with.
