I have used Colonial for all the cabins I have rented when staying in the Smokey's. My experience with them has been nothing but wonderful. The staff is friendly and easy to work with and the cabins I have been well pleased with them. I have recommended Colonial to several friends and they have thanked me for recommending them.
Mary

After leaving a message after hours, they got in contact with us first thing the next morning. Well pleased with their assistance. They made sure everything went ok.

My fiance and I had found the perfect little cabin for our honeymoon, and then we got the bad news that our cabin had been sold and we had to find another. Josh was super wonderful to work with us and accomodate us for the inconvenience and to make this the perfect honeymoon. Can't wait to visit and meet the wonderful people from the company.
Philip
