We have been renting cabins from colonial properties for 15 +years. In all that time we have only had 1 cabin that was not up to standard in which they apologized for. We have recommended them to several different people. We will be coming again in September and bringing friends from Texas who have never visited the smokies. We are positive that they are going to enjoy their stay in the cabin we have rented.

The cabin is very cute, BUT not at all clean, need a new cleaning crew, when you step on the porch and there are cigarette butts on the railing doesn't make a good first impression, door lock system needs either adjusted or replaced the code doesn't always work so it takes several, several tries to get in. The stones in the front walk way need to be redone some are lose and someone is going to fall and get hurt. Will not rent from Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort Rentals again. Sorry

Charlene, We apologize that you were not satisfied with your stay. I looked up your account and did not find where you reported any issues with the accommodations. I did find a note where the reservation staff made a courtesy call and reported everything was okay (5/20/2016 1:28:12 PM - Brenda: called guest with courtesy call everything okay.) We strive to make sure every guest is completely satisfied with their stay. Although we have systems in place to ensure each cabin is ready for guest arrival, I apologize for the oversight with your stay. Had we been made aware of the issues you experienced we would have sent out our cleaning crew to make it right. I will have our Guest Service Manager give you a call.

Everything was great and I would definitely stay here again. Close to everything and the cabin was very clean and just like the photos.

Everything was great except the front door... It took several attempts to finally get the door unlocked.. Outside of the door problems the cabin was beautiful and I would recommend it to friends family and everyone else!!!
Rys

Colonial Properties is great to deal with and the check in process is flawless. For the property we always rent they email me a key code to the condo and I just call to let them know I'm leaving. It's so much simpler than having to go and check in and then check out somewhere. The condo has always been so nice too. This is the 6th year we have booked the same place and it's been great every time and Colonial Properties has exceeded our expectations every time. The Stay and Play pass is great too, my son and I always use the free Wonderworks ticket as well as the free Ripleys putt-putt golf ticket. Hope to use even more free tickets this year. I would absolutely recommend using Colonial Properties to book your next vacation.
