SMS-iTReviews of smsit.ai

SMS-IT has a creative solution to get started on bulk SMS campaigns immediately. Our team has been using it with the personalization features, and it's been a gamechanger!

Tool does not work for me at all. purchased to include sms, fax, phone calls, etc. and nothing works. They upgraded their system and I'm excluded from that. disappointing. this tool has shift to AI.

Amazing.. These guys are the best. Best support as well. He was on the phone for me for A LONG time explaining me how things work. And how to work the system. The system is very advanced and has already paid for itself!!.

I have found SMS-iT to be an excellent solution for my needs. Instead of using Twilio, which can be quite expensive, I utilize a SIM card as a gateway for sending SMS text outreach and transactional messages to our clients. This approach has proven to be very effective! SMS-iT is particularly beneficial for anyone looking to leverage SMS marketing, outreach, or even transactional confirmations. I highly recommend giving it a try!

They have the best customer support of any CRM that I've ever had. I presently work with GHL and SMSIT and SMSIT staff literally works around the clock with me to perfect my campaigns and even created features for me that didn't previously exist just because I asked. When it doesn't work the way that I want it to, they change it so that it does. They go the extra mile and I have been able to integrate my audaxai.pro technology to include conversational AI. They are the new must-have in the business world.

Great CRM and excellent customer support loving it :)

The future of marketing is here. SMS, MMS, RCS, social media, email, voice blasts, even fax, this platform has it all. There are flexible limits to suit your budget, whether you are a solopreneur or an established agency. If you don't find something you like, contact their support. The founder and the support team quickly answer to our needs. They inform users about new features and ask for their input on what they want next.
