The photo that you said would pass about 91% when going to print it it said would not pass for us passport requirements even with it being an infant so ended up having to pay walgreens to do it and we got it and your services were more of a waste of money unfortunately which I had high hopes- the photo was of an infant a week old

Bad customer service: I called customer service after experiencing issues with their AI analysis. After spending 15 minutes with them, they still couldn't find my account, even after providing my email address, receipt number, and the last 4 digits of my CC number. I suggest going to their competitors

You’re right, this was on us. Our voice system mis-transcribed your email and last name on the call, so every order lookup came back empty even though your order is right here in our system. I’m sorry for the 15 minutes you spent on this. I sent you an email tonight (subject: “An apology from Snap2Pass”) with a refund and an offer to expert-review your photo at no charge. We also shipped a fix to the voice agent today so this exact failure mode can’t happen again — it now reads emails back phonetically before searching and falls back to “please email us” when audio quality breaks the lookup. I wanted a digital picture for the Chinese Visa application. I paid $9.99 for the image. According to the website, if the picture is not approved, a full refund will be issued. Once I upload my picture, which I received from Snap2Pass, in seconds the picture was rejected by the Chinese Visa site, I sent a message to Snap2Pass that the picture you sent me got rejected, please issue me a refund, they replied that the picture was fine and they refuse to issue a refund, it's not about $9.99, it's abot the commitment and what you are claiming at your website. I went to my neighbourhood photographer, who took a picture and emailed me the digital image. I uploaded it to the Chinese Visa site, and it got approved in a second. If you need a picture for your visa, especially for a Chinese Visa, consider visiting a location that offers photo services and have them email the picture to you. Don't waste your time and money here.

We thought this service would print and deliver the passport-size photos we uploaded, but instead, it just edited our existing photo and sent back a digital version, something we had already done ourselves. Ended up wasting nearly $15 for nothing useful. Total disappointment.

Very disappointed. I thought I would get passport pics for almost $14. I went to Walmart and got the pictures for less than $8.
