Pictures don't look like me. UPDATE after a second attempt I was able to find more pictures that look like me and decided maybe it's my own perception of my selfies and my image in the mirror whereas I don't see as many wrinkles as the AI photos give me --- kind of like how when we hear our own recorded voices we don't think we sound the same....

Hi Colleen, We're sorry to hear the original headshots didn't feel like you. Customers are able to review their generated headshots before purchasing, however we understand that expectations can still differ when looking more closely at the final images. After receiving your feedback, we reached out directly and provided a complimentary regeneration with a fresh set of headshots to review. We're still available to help with any further adjustments if needed. Our goal is always to create headshots that feel authentic and recognisable, and we appreciate the opportunity to work with customers when the initial results don't meet expectations. — Sam
