Wanted Premium Plus but settled for 'Essentials' due to availability. It's adequate but I'm looking for more next time.

Hi Michael. Thank you for your review! As much as we would love to, sometimes, we cannot offer the level of coverage for your vehicle that you may be looking for. Factors such as the age and mileage of the vehicle are often the cause. We appreciate your trust in our business regardless.

The person I talked to was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had but the policy didn't cover all the items for the repair. The covered items were basic.

Hi Noah, thank you for your review! We totally understand your disappointment, and it is always our goal to offer the most comprehensive coverage available for any vehicle at the best price! It sounds like we were only able to offer Powertrain coverage for your vehicle, which can be the case for high-mileage and older cars.

WISH THEY PAID MORE ON MY ENGINE REPAIR......

Hi Freya, thank you for your honest review! Sometimes, claims can only be approved partially and not in full. It sounds like that was your experience and we truly apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Unfortunately, anything outside of the scope of the policy will not be approved and paid for. We are ultimately glad you were able to get back on the road!
