As I found out that the curtains I tried did not work out, the owner and staff helped me select the kind of curtains I needed and offered a discount to ensure I would be thrilled with their service - and I was!

I just bought these curtains, a set of two, to protect an outdoor oven. We have a roof over the oven, but the rain comes in sideways sometimes. I had a hard time finding appropriate curtain rods for two panels (9 feet), but did in the end. The curtains are nice to touch, seem very substantial, and are the best design I have found with anchoring at the top and bottom. I am returning one set because although I like the white/grey, I am going for the red to match other things in my back yard. I can't say how well they work yet, but I have a sense they will do fine because I've been looking for a long time for something that will work to keep the rain off, that I can draw back when its not raining, that is anchored at the bottom, and that looks nice.

My first purchase I ordered the wrong style of curtain and I emailed customer service and they got right back to me within 24 hours and worked with me to get the correct curtain. I was very pleased with customer service, the quality of the curtains and the time it took to get shipped to me.
