I've been doing business with Soap Korner for a little over a year now and I must say, I am very impressed with their quality and service. Their website is easy to navigate, making the ordering process smooth and quick. They have a wide range of products, but I've mainly purchased their organic soaps and teas, both of which have been excellent. What I love most about Soap Korner is their emphasis on quality and customer service. The products always arrive well packaged, and I've never experienced any issues with delivery. On the one occasion when I had a question about a product, their customer service team was prompt and helpful in their response. I also appreciate the detailed descriptions and ingredients list for each product on their website. It helps me make an informed decision and I know exactly what I'm getting. The prices are reasonable and the quality of products definitely matches up. Overall, Soap Korner is a solid choice for anyone looking for high-quality, organic personal care products. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to be a loyal customer. Keep up the good work, guys!

Hi Bruno, Thank you so much for your thoughtful and generous review! We truly appreciate your continued support and are thrilled to hear that you’ve had such a great experience with our products and service. We did notice that the review appears to have been submitted with a 1-star rating, which seems like it might have been an accidental click—especially considering all the kind words you shared. If that was unintentional, and you have a moment to update the star rating to reflect your experience, we’d be incredibly grateful. It helps others discover us and ensures your review is represented accurately. Regardless, we’re just thankful for your support and for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. If you ever need anything, we’re always here to help. Warm regards, The Soap Korner Team

Soap Korner offers a customizable sample pack. They let you choose enough 2½ ounce samples from the many varieties available to total 1 kilo, and they charge the same price as one kilo. So, it's super easy to learn what strains will provide the best relief for your specific needs, without any hassle. Once you've found your preferred strains, they've got them all available at great prices, in many sizes. Add free shipping over $25, and I've found the best high quality kratom supplier around. They even test for mitragynine percentage levels on a batch by batch basis and provide the testing and batch information. I'm very happy to be a return customer, especially having learned the different effects of the different strains. My only wish would be for better descriptions of how each strain will work. However, due to the extreme variations in effects from person to person, that's not really something that can be done. So, being able to easily try each variety in small samples for the same price per kilo as a single strain makes Soap Korner the go to place for all kratom seekers. I'm even willing to bet that if you speak to them in person, they will pronounce kratom correctly, and not like they are talking about putting someone into a crate, "hey, see that guy over there? Would you crate 'em for me?" I almost forgot, they also give you points for purchases that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders

Hi Travis, Thank you so much for this thoughtful, detailed, and genuinely fun review — it truly means a lot to us! We’re so glad to hear that our customizable sample pack helped you zero in on the strains that work best for your needs. That’s exactly what we designed it for — no guesswork, just real results. We also really appreciate you recognizing our GMP-certified facility and our commitment to batch-by-batch mitragynine testing. Transparency and consistency are at the heart of what we do, and it’s always encouraging to hear that it makes a difference. As for strain descriptions — you’re absolutely right, it’s tough to offer exact effects since everyone’s body responds differently. That said, we usually suggest this simple rule of thumb to get started: White means flight, Red is for bed, and Green is for the in-between. It’s not a guarantee, but it can help guide first-time selections. From there, trying them in smaller quantities — like you’ve done — is the best way to discover your personal favorites. And your “crate 'em” joke had us cracking up — we definitely pronounce it the right way around here! 😄 Thanks again for your loyalty and for sharing such a helpful review. Don’t forget to use those loyalty points — and we’ll be here anytime you need us. With gratitude, —The Soap Korner Team 💚

I still have not received my order
Reply from Soap KornerJul 28, 2025
Hi Kristy, please accept our apologies for your order not arriving on time. We are happy that your order did arrive the day of this review! As you may not be aware, once an order has left our facility, we do not have control over the amount of time it takes to get to you. We have tried to make it very clear that if customers need their order within 2-3 days, we offer express options to make that happen. We also now offer FREE UPS Ground as well as priority shipping, so that our customers have options to get their order to them faster. Otherwise, please allow 5-7 days for all priority orders in the future. We are just as frustrated with the service USPS has provided in the last year, as our customers are. We have even spoken with our local government to try and find a resolution, which has not provided any relief. Just please know, we understand and we are doing our best to find a resolution for the future. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate your patience and business with SK, always!
