I bought the Social Self course for $37, and it was a huge disappointment. The whole thing feels rushed and poorly put together, as if the goal was simply to get something online and sell it. The videos are unnecessarily long, poorly structured, and take far too long to get to the actual point. The website and course content both desperately needed more attention, editing, and care. This does not feel like a professionally produced course. It feels unfinished. $37 may not be a lot of money, but the lack of quality and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this course.

I'm enormously grateful for this course. What it gave me cannot be overestimated! It's a very constructive and logical course that is truly making me more confident and helps me to grow faster. Before I decided to take this course, I had 3 thoughts which stopped me from it: 1 I was scared that knowledge will kill authenticity. I thought that I will act and be artificial or overthink things after this course instead of being myself. 2 I wanted to think and discover things by myself, not consuming recipes that someone else made. 3 I also was scared that this course will make me one of those "happy" people who don't want to grow. As if after taking this course, I'll loose my desire to grow and discover. All these fears didn't come true. As for being natural, this course didn't kill anything I was already good at. Instead, it payed my attention to my behaviors that do not match my values and goals, and showed paths to change them. It made me realize problems and areas to grow. As for my second fear, there are no magical recipes in this course. There are many questions that each participant has to answer themselves and very logical conclusions about how interactions and our brain work. Challenging and thoughtful exercises make you actually understand what you really want. This course is very individual. I think each person understands it differently and discovers different things. Generally, the participant of this course has to stay in subjective position to learn and grow. If you really do the exercises, it's very hard and rewarding work. As for my third fear, this course is about constant growing. And when you finish it, it doesn't mean you are "finished" and now you don't need to develop. I still have as many challenges as I had, if not more. This course boosts your speed of your individual personal development, not giving you instructions how to become an average ideal person. I hope those who have these fears will also decide to do the experiment and take this course. It gave me so much that I really want everyone to know what I learnt. It took me a year to do everything. Now when I read my notes for the whole course, I saw how much I changed to the version I am dreaming of. I'm not scared of many things anymore, including attractive people, group conversations and many more particular things. I know myself better. I treat myself in a way that makes me be happy, energized and growing. And I know that when I have a problem with confidence, I can watch a video from this course again, and it will help me. The team is very supportive, my every comment and question was answered! I highly recommend this course to everyone! I see so many people around me who are struggling with their problems for years. And now I see the root cause of the problem. What the world would be like if this course was included in school program?

Good thorough presentation of building social skills. Covered many different skills and contained many helpful exercises. I especially loved the tips on dealing with social anxiety. You can see that the creator of the course put a great deal of time and reflection into building a quality product. Well worth the price.

The information in the courses are well structured, in a way that makes perfect sense as one progresses through the course. The course helped me tremendously both professionally and privately. I wish I had this course a long time ago. I recommend the course anyone who's willing to work on his social, and conversation skills. The price cannot be compared to the value of the course.
