Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We highly value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. We would like to address the concerns you mentioned in your comment. Upon reviewing your order, we noted the following timelines and details: Firstly, we sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced. Your order was shipped on June 12. On June 13, you requested to cancel the order, but we were able to address your concerns, and the order remained valid. You later requested that the order be shipped by June 20. However, your request to change the shipping address midway through the process resulted in additional processing time. Consequently, your order was delivered on July 3 with a slight delay. Regarding the sofa, we noticed that you placed an order for a luxury model with a chaise longue instead of the straight configuration you intended to purchase. We understand this was a mistake and immediately offered to replace the sofa with the correct model. However, you informed us that a replacement was unnecessary. To compensate for any inconvenience caused, we also offered you a complimentary puff chair. In response, you requested that we cease further communication. We deeply regret any inconvenience and wish to resolve any remaining issues you may have. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and appreciate your understanding in this matter. Best regards, Soka Home
