My experience with Void My Solar was extremely disappointing. They accepted my case after reviewing my documents and told me it met their criteria for misrepresentation and potential rescission. After that, communication was almost nonexistent — I had to chase every update myself, and nothing moved forward unless I initiated it. Months later, despite the serious impact on my credit and a lien still on my property, they abruptly changed their assessment and closed my case with no meaningful resolution. I was left with unanswered questions, no transparency, and no clear explanation of what was actually done on my behalf. Homeowners deserve to know that my case resulted in months of delays, minimal communication, and no progress, all while my financial situation continued to worsen. This is my honest experience.

Solarnets.com - We provided lead generation services to Solarnets.com and completed the agreed work professionally. An invoice of $700 was issued with agreed payment terms of 30 days. Steve Dollens acknowledged the invoice and requested 30 days to process the payment. However, more than 40 days have now passed, and the payment remains unpaid. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response to recent emails. We hope the company resolves this matter promptly and maintains fair and professional business practices.

It feels like they are protecting the installer by making the verification process impossible.

terrible company. paid for residential leads. They sent me commercial and did not filter at all. If you decide to do business with solar reviews, they will charge a premium for garbage leads. They did nothing to make it right either.

I paid the full amount to Macarthur Energy to install a battery on the 10/9/2025, I was given 3 commencement dates during a 4-month period after the after the second date had passed, and I received no contact, I rang and told them if it was not installed by the 30 th of January, to refund my money They said they would do a pre-installation on the 7th of January never turned up rang again on the 8th said they would install on the 30th waited half a day never turned up rang them again and requested a refund and said it would take 28 days to arrange a refund . I gave them one star for requesting the full amount and getting money out of me on a product they can't deliver
