The book came out amazing including the quality of all the pictures. The website was also easy to use and did not take long to figure out how it works. The shipping also took two weeks which was exactly what was expected.

I have tried to communicate with this website and NOT one response to try to purchase a gift certificate for a Christmas present. There is no option to be able to do this on the site itself. Very pathetic!! I don't recommend this business!

Dear Rebel Smith! This is the first email/communication we have received from you as far as I can see (from your email at least). I'm sorry that your inquiry regarding a gift certificate didn't reach us. We have emailed you regarding how to purchase a gift certificate. Best regards/Hampus - Customer Service

My experience with Solentro was most positive. Their customer service (thank you, Emy) was excellent! I had several questions regarding the creation of my book, and she patiently and courteously answered them all. The respect she demonstrated gives me the incentive to use Solentro for my next project.

The product was very good, better than expected. The price was a little high, and the breakdown for buying more copies isn't very good either. If I could get a better price I would buy more, sadly I only purchased a few because of the price.
