My overall experience was really great. While I have made various photo albums with well recognized websites, this is the first time I used Solentro to develop a "book" with photos. Solentro was user friendly and took only a short period of time to get familiar with the editing and creative tools. The end product was absolutely fantastic! I recommend their website for other users and I look forward to using it again myself.

Dear Trudy! I can see in our customer service history that a customer representative reached out to you reassuring you that the order went through and also sent you a copy of your receipt within 24 hours from when you emailed us. I can also see that you replied to this conversation so it seems like everything worked out! :) My best/Hampus - Customer Service

This was my first attempt at publishing a book. The pictures came out amazingly clear, as they were all over 50 years old. I was very impressed with the quality. I was not impressed with the editing powers of your software. I wish we could have purchased one copy so we could see it in print and edit it it. Having to buy 10 made us just buy 20 as we would only pay shipping once. When we got it and started reading it, it was filled with errors that had not come up on your editing screen. I put the copy in Google doc and it caught over 50 changes in both spelling and editing. We switched to another medium and ordered one and caught another 50 mistakes. We had spent $200 on books that at first glance looked amazing, but we’re riddled with errors. You should have a disclaimer that states your editing program is weak. Also in allowing us to purchase one copy we could have seen the finished product, fixed it and then ordered the number we required. It would have resulted in a much happier customer.

Dear Carol! We are very happy to hear that you are impressed with the quality of both the books and the photos in them, and thank you for your feedback. You are able to purchase one copy of a book, when you choose any product besides our BASIC-products (minimum 10 copies/order). Hence, you could order a Softcover Premium (minimum 1 book/order) book, look it over and then order 20 copies of Softcover Basic. Our editor is a tool for writing where there is a spellcheck which you need to activate upon request. I've tried it and compared the same text with a Word-editor and it highlights the same errors. However, you need to mark the text in our editor and activate the spellcheck, it doesn't happen automatically. My best/Hampus - Customer Service

I am waiting for a response twice now from them. Having questions of how people add to a book that I am making. No response. I am concerned this will not work..

Dear Jeanne, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry but we haven't received any emails from someone by your name as far as I can see. Are you emailing us from a work email? If so, please try from a personal account. I've checked our spam as well and unfortunately I can't find any emails from you. If you are using our invitation service, try to invite yourself and then you can use that invitation and forward it from your own email to as many recipients as you want at the same time. Note: I recommend using a private computer since many work computers have restrictions in their firewall preventing some emails. Good luck! My best/Hampus - Customer Service

Blown away by the quality of the product. Looks and feels great. Photos and text are very clear and the product looks heavy duty. I wish there was a little bit more communication between purchase and delivery, like a tracking number or something, but I'm definitely happy with my purchase.

Hi Colter! We always send an email with shipping information as soon as an order leaves us, if you didn't receive such an email we do apologize for this! However, we are so happy to hear that you are pleased with the books, thank you for sharing! My best/hampus - Customer Service
