I ordered 10 paperback books for my school's poetry club, and they look amazing! I underestimated the quality, I'm very pleased. They didn't arrive by the end of the school year, but that was poor timing on my part, not Solentro's. Note that black covers are especially receptive to fingerprints!

The website was fairly straightforward to navigate but could have been more user friendly. Overall the simplicity of formatting was a positive for me. Payment was a little tricky, but my bank halted payment initially. It would also be nice if there were separate entries for billing address and shipping address. Shipment was miraculously fast, and I am deeply appreciative of how quickly my order was processed once payment was figured out. I was also very pleased with the look and feel of the book once I received it.

Dear Chad! Thank you for your response and feedback! I'm glad we could solve you payment issue! Since we do not send anything but the books there is no need for a separate billing address. I'm happy to hear that our shipping "was miraculously fast" and that you very pleased with the book! My best/Hampus - Customer Service

Amazing!!! Came supper fast and it's wonderful quality. I wasn't aware we had to call our credit card company before ordering so that took some time to clear up but other wise I will definitely be using the again!

The prices are very high in comparison to competitors, and with paperbacks, you can only buy ten books at a time. Otherwise, the website is easy to use and the shipping is quite fast. Overall an OK experience using Solentro.

Dear Nachama, thank you for your feedback. We are very happy to hear that you find Solentro "easy to use" and that our "shipping is quite fast". The only book type, at this point in time, which needs to be ordered in a minimum of ten at a time is our paperback. All other book types (hard cover, soft cover, spiral and staple) can be ordered from one copy. When it comes to pricing it's important to compare the total value of not only the product itself, sometimes there are hidden fees (i.e customised cover) which Solentro does not have. You can always easily see the exact price for your book on the production part of the site. Choose the desired number of pages, click on "Calculate price" and the amount will appear without you having to have already made the book. My best/Hampus - Customer Service

I Love the book and it was easy. I gave it a 2 because your price was very misleading and never showed as far as the price pre pages or group of pages. The price was still the same regardless if it was 1 page or 32 cost me $80 too much, if you read this review advise you to try someone else but if money is No Object help your self

Dear Veronica, I'm very happy to hear that you love the book that you made at Solentro! We try to be very transparent regarding our prices. Hence the possibility to always find out what the current book cost by clicking "Calculate price". You don't have to finalise the book, you can simply add any number of pages and then click "Calculate price" to find out what any given book type / book size and number of pages costs. We also have a hefty bulk discount: If you order more than 1 copy of the same book or photo book, you will get the following books in the same order for half the price! (NOTE: doesn't apply to paperback where the extra rebate already is included) My best/Hampus - Customer Service
