Hi! Thank you for your order which we received yesterday, when the books have been printed and bound and ready to ship you will receive an email with tracking information. My best/Hampus - Customer Service

I ordered books a couple weeks before my husband's 60th birthday which is on Christmas Day. I notified Solentro that the order would be coming and that I hoped it would be fulfilled by Christmas. I received a response within the hour. I recommend Solentro and will use it again.

Solentro printed for me just the kind of high-quality print job they promised. I created a children's Christmas book for my young boys -- the kind of thing I hope to pull out for many years to come. My multi-colored illustrations are vivid and the book as a whole is as durable as I could ask for in paperback form. They also kept their promise to have a Christmas order on my doorstep by 12/24 should I place it in as little as a week in advance, even though I live in the States. REALLY appreciate the follow-through in that regard, Solentro! I would like to see Solentro allow hardback editions without having to create a minimum of 28 pages. Mine is 14 pages long, restricting me to paperback only, albeit a quality paperback.

I am very pleased with my printed book. It exceeds my expectations. It was more expensive than I thought it would be. However, to share memories with my family it was well worth the price.

I never received my books. I didn't realize the company was out of the country until I had placed the order. When I emailed them, the tracking they gave me didn't work. They had my address wrong, and told me it was my fault and that I would have to wait for the shipment to be returned before they would ship it out again. So the special surprise gift for Christmas didn't happen. Very disappointed. They should have shipped another one out immediately and looked to take care of their customers.

Hi! I'm sorry to hear about your experience, but as our customer service explained, since you had written the wrong address when you placed the order it couldn't be delivered. Instead it had to be returned to the sender (Solentro) so that we can correct the address and ship it out again to the correct address which you now have given to us. The book format in hard cover and quality of printing is excellent however the images and type are not centered on the page although they are set up centered on the book creating software. (A full page image prints with a white bar on the outer edge of the page. It seems that the software does not consider bleed in the internal spine of the pages.

Hi Jessica! Thank you for your feedback, we are very happy to hear that you feel that the "quality of printing is excellent". However, regarding your question with the bleed and centered images, a customer representative will contact you regarding this. My best/Hampus - Customer Service

I was exceptionally disappointed to receive a book I ordered on Dec. 6 many days late. I had received a promotional email from Solentro saying they would be turning books around quickly in time for Christmas, but I didn't receive mine in time to sign it and ship it to the ultimate recipient without paying for next day air service. I tried twice to find out the status and was told (after some time) that it would be fine, but it wasn't. There should be a way to see your status online. After this experience, I will stick with Shutterfly, which has a higher quality product and quick turnaround plus exceptional customer service.

Dear Carol! Thank you for your feedback, during peak season we strive to produce and ship out orders faster than usual but not all orders will allow that. You placed your order on the 10th of December, we sent it out on the 19th and you received it on the 22nd (9 work days from ordering). Although we hoped to do it faster we still managed to keep it within the 2 weeks that we speak of: https://solentro.com/shipping Solentro always strive to improve our service to our customers and we thank you for your comments. The quality of the book was great and exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect, and the item was delivered somewhat quickly. I do wish there was a way to track the status of your order once it is placed. You are kind of in the dark until it is shipped. I had to contact customer service to get a status update. Other than that request, I would highly recommend Solentro to anyone!
