Really good, cd art could of been more colorful though. Booklet was perfect in color. Time could of been better , 9 day production but expected date was 13-14 days after ordering. Didnt hurt to send after the 9 day production, was it 13days production or what? Keep in mind it was next day air. Everything else was great cd quality and hearing was good

My vinyl order arrived well within the window that Solid Merch gave. With the help of another customer, the order process was relatively easy. My only complaint is that the insert arrived with some minor defects in the printing that did not appear in the proof. It definitely could’ve been worse but also could’ve been better.

Overall it was awesome! The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that about 15 of the 220 LP Jackets had a rip in them on the top in the middle. Everything else was great. Way faster than I even expected!

Turnaround time was unbeatable, plus the Account Executive made sure that everything, audio and artwork, was don't correctly before pressing the vinyl. Only complaint here is on the jacket print quality. A good amount (not all) of the copies we received had printer lines across the image. These are fairly subtle, but easy to spot, and takes away from the overall perceived quality of the product. Still, not bad at all for a seven week turnaround in 2022!

The order took a little longer than expected, but the product is great and communication was excellent!!

It took alittle long to get back with me to approve when I sent the files from the web site and got it done professionally and it took several weeks after I paid. Also there was no mention of a setup fee when you get q quote on line for the price using your templates, so this was a shock also for cassette tapes which had only two songs per side. Will there be another setup fee for a reorder? It really added to the bottom line of the cost.

Hello, artwork proofs are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks of receiving the order. Setup costs are included in our online pricing, and are reduced for cassette reorders.

Great and timely! Production quality isn’t as substantial as other vinyl companies I’ve worked with in the past, but it makes sense for the cost.
