The production date got moved back
The production date got moved back, so they shipped later, than they sat for 5 days less than a 3hour drive from me, and delayed the release of the zine they are an insert to. This is the second time I've been sent this request about "tell us about your experience." I would think they would acknowledge it's been done after the one time.

The artwork phase was way more…
The artwork phase was way more complicated than it was the last time I ordered. It ended up resulting in dozens of emails and a delay. When my records did show up 65% of the jackets had damage. I will say my customer service rep is making it right and sending replacement jackets, but that also delays my timeline and results in me having to unpack and repackage all of those records, for $1,800 I really don’t think I should have to do that. It bums me out because I had such a positive experience previously, but I don’t think I’ll be back a 3rd time.

There was a printing error on labels
There was a printing error on both labels. The error was clearly on their end, as the artwork submitted and the proofs still available on the website show no error. But every single label was misprinted. I have contacted Solid about the error but have yet to receive a response. This ruined an otherwise perfect interaction.

Print job inferior
Delivery was on time, but the color/tint was drastically darker; the RGB obviously was off. The paper quality was also inferior. Too late to re-order, I will have to sell these as is.

You're a go between a Chinese company
You're a go between a Chinese company. They charge 30 bucks assuming to keep import tax low while you charge 200. Just make the stuff in the US and charge what it costs.
