I would give them five stars if it weren’t for the fact that The Vinyl sounded a little subpar. Nothing tragic, just a high noise floor between songs. I wonder if you do a larger number than the 100 if they put a little more care into it. That being said, I may use them again just because they do 100 units as opposed to 500-1000.

Reordering was easy, service was pretty prompt. A little bit faster delivery would have been great, but it was fine.

I would say that the product and time were great, but that the process was not as easy as one would have liked.

Excellent turnaround time. Folding and shrinkwrap could have been a bit better, both a tad loose, but that's nominal and I would use again!

The artwork looks good and sound is acceptable. My only complaint is that the polyvinyl slip covers are a bit smushed up top as they fit too tightly into the box.

We had a small problem on the shinkwrap but my customer rep Sarah took care of it. The final CD is perfect. Looks great and sounds better.

Would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for the incessant review emails.
