Everything about these guys is great
Everything about these guys is great. Fast deliver, good communication. But this next thing stands out for me. I had a device fail (it happens) but it is their customer service that stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, a replacement came fast and free of charge, when they could have been in their rights not to offer one. Customer for life.

The Nerdaxe fan stand and copper vRAM heat sink kits
The Nerdaxe fan stand is precisely made, perfect mounting, and looks great. Placed my new Nexis S1's on them. Also bought the full copper vRAM heat sink kits. perfect cuts. Always great and fast Customer Service and shipping.

Nothing like real human and personable customer service! I would recommend Solo Satoshi to anyone getting started on bitcoin mining. Great job on Rev 7! The unit is amazing!

I was on vacation in NYC so...
I was on vacation in NYC so I promptly made an order couple of days of our arrival and leaving a note with details our hotel. The team DMed me just few hours after the order was made to aware me that it could have been delayed and if i wanted to change item so the delivery would be faster. So I did. Communication, delivery and product quality are simply great! They anyway where able to ship the item I was looking for which arrived the day before we left. I'm speechless and greatful to the whole team. A shop which I truly raccomend if anyone is looking for a BTC miner beginner/advanced

I had a NerdQaxe++ Rev 6 that died
I had a NerdQaxe++ Rev 6 I had purchased from Solo Satoshi that had been running about 75 days straight that was still under the 90 day warranty that stopped working. I contacted them and they got back in touch with me the next day and helped me run some diagnostics to try and determine the cause. After several tries it was determined there was an internal short even though there was no visible evidence. They offered to replace it with a new Rev 6 or If I could wait a little while they would replace it with the new Rev 7 and paid to have the broken one shipped back. Great company, Great Service.
