Exact product, easy order process, and timeliness.

The order was placed at the beginning of September – or, to be precise, on 7 September, I think – and I still haven’t received the goods.

It’s been a month and still have not received my order.

Communication on orders or let customer know how long it takes. The explanation of how long the order will take is not understood in the purchase process. Haven’t received the product and already want a review doesn’t make sense. I have requested an ETA but I get a review so guess what I’m not very happy not know when my order is coming.

I still haven’t received my order. Never again will I use your company. I’d rather pay full price and receive what I paid for in a timely manner. Then to have to reach out by email and even the response was slow on telling me my order was in Italy Nike glasses. In Italy. Ridiculous.

After 2 weeks waiting for the order to be filled, I contacted Solstice and was told the glasses were in transit to their location to then be shipped to my home. This is unacceptable as I was eager wanting to expect the delivery. I wish I was told of the timeline ahead. Very disappointed.
