Outstanding Customer Service from Nicole I want to recognize Nicole at Solstice Eyewear for her outstanding customer service. She immediately put me at ease and reassured me that I would be taken care of, regardless of the outcome of my particular situation. Her kindness, patience, and personal attention made all the difference. We also had a genuinely enjoyable conversation about the importance of wearing proper sun-protective eyewear. I have learned that consistent UV protection can help reduce the risk of developing pterygium—commonly known as “surfer’s eye”—a raised growth that forms on the white of the eye and may extend onto the cornea. Protection remains important even on cloudy or hazy days, when UV rays are still present. Her one-on-one service—combined with Solstice’s amazing styles, excellent selection of designer brands, and terrific prices—is exactly why I continue to shop here. Thank you, Nicole, for taking such wonderful care of me and making the entire experience so reassuring and enjoyable! I'll be back!

First time buyer and I’m very pleased to say I got a great deal on a premium pair of sunglasses and they arrived within 7 or so days from when I made the purchase. The sunglasses were authentic and in new condition as described. I will always check back when I need a new pair because prices are definitely competitive and fair.

After spending thousands on sunglasses at Solstice, they took almost a month to deliver the last pair of glasses I ordered. This was a terrible experience.
