I just bought some coins to use the service once, but I’m still getting charged for that. I don’t know if it is some kind of auto renewal, but I was not told that I would be automatically charged again.

They are billing my account and I did not obtain any services from them. Last week, there was a pending charge on my account for $10. It fell off before it became final. Tonight there is a charge for $75 pending on my account. I think this is a bogus site set up to steal from people whose information has been compromised. I can't dispute the charge until it post but trust I will dispute it. These people are thieves.

I paid $0.99 AUD tonight, but it charged me $1.49 AUD. And it said: “Thank you for subscribing to our service ExpertChat. Excited to have you on board. Please find brief details of your order below. The date of activation: 2023-07-05 Activation transaction amount: $0.99 The billing period: 30-days You will be automatically charged $74 every 30-days until you cancel it. Your subscription may be canceled any time via support.” Then, I got charged again for $105.42 AUD. Should charge me $74.00 every 30 days? Not happy with the service.
