I really enjoy the service overall, and I’m excited to share that I’m actually getting paid for it! However, one major drawback is the lack of a call center to address questions that require immediate attention. The process of submitting inquiries and waiting for replies through the message center is often frustrating and time-consuming, as the response times can be significantly delayed. It would be much more efficient and satisfying to have direct access to customer support for urgent issues.

I don't know what else to do. Maybe I will get their attention this way. I have begged them via email for A MONTH... everyday ...to help me add my first song. When I type in my name... no matter how I try to do it... the box turns red and I am unable to finish the process. THEY WON'T HELP ME. I asked that they call me so we can both see what the problem is.. I have sent a screenshot... I have sent everything... lyrics, percentages, everything.....they have given me no help to solve the problem. I have someone who wants to buy my song and I may lose them because I can't register it. CAN ANYONE HELP ME? I am desperate. They do not post their phone number and now I wonder if they are all just Ai?

Hi Adele, thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. I want to assure you that our responses come directly from a member of our Client Services team, never from AI. A dedicated associate has been following up with you via email to provide personalized assistance. While we don't offer phone support, we're fully committed to helping you via email and will continue to do so until your issue is resolved. When you reached out to Songtrust Support on July 21, 2025, our team responded with step-by-step instructions for adding a song to your account. Since we didn’t receive a reply addressing those specific instructions, but did receive additional follow-ups from you, it’s possible our response may have been missed. Sometimes these emails can end up in spam folders, so we recommend checking there just in case. Regarding the process for adding songwriter information, please type the first few letters of your songwriter name and then select the correct entry from the dropdown that appears. Our team has tested this feature and confirmed that it is working as expected. We’ve also shared a video walkthrough and written instructions to help guide you through the process over email. If you’re not seeing the dropdown, it may be due to browser settings such as cookie or cache blockers. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox and ensuring any blockers are temporarily disabled. We appreciate your patience, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to assist.
