Sonic Drive-InReviews of sonicdrivein.com

Went to the Sonic in the Fairway Park Shopping Center and ordered a limeade with a burrito. Very fast and friendly service. Only recommendation is to create a larger lot for drive in traffic. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my experience

I like the sonic drive in, every time I go they have an nice costumer service.

Bartlesville, OK. What is the deal with this place? The idea is good and simple: Drive-in fast food. Most people want drinks at SONIC, but they never seem to get them correct. I doubt I have ever had 2 in a row correct. If you ask for extra ice because you are tired of getting almost none, they will fill it to the top and you get no liquid. We have 2 locations near me, both are equally terrible. Frozen drinks are a crap shoot if they are mixed or not. You may get a good one, you may get a pale yellow blob with all the mix all at the bottom. That straw is not rigid enough to stir this mix up. It is a disappointing, $4 mess. Regrets. The food is pretty bad too. The oil in the fryer is far too old, so the fries or tater tots taste burned although they aren't. The corn dog is definitely a must miss for this reason. I like corn dogs....not SONIC's though. What are we going to do as a customer? Drive back through and complain over a couple of drinks? I have done this, but it just puts the employees on the defensive and they aren't pleasant. Why is constructive criticism viewed as negative these days? Doesn't seem worth my time to complain directly about the service, and I never learn the lesson. I just go and so what kind of day it will be. I will say something positive though......the App is a good thing. If you go to this place, get the app. It allows me to avoid the 3000 decibel "BEEP!!!!" when I order at the drive-in console! Drinks are half price all day and I think communication is far better. A downside of the app is that since you pay through the app, there is no option to give a tip to the carhop. In an increasingly electronic payment world....and the nonsense scare of COVID, it is less likely I will have a cash dollar in my wallet for a tip. That is bad for the carhop. Hey SONIC, you're an American tradition, start caring about customer service! And change the oil in the fryer while you're making improvements.

The one in Lakewood CO 80228... My husband has been yelled at, there was an employee who came outside to look at us "I guess" he was filthy!!, His fly was down, and his hair was greasy... No dress code for him. We received our food 30 minutes later, (because they were short handed.) No one came out to tell us sorry but we are short handed (NOPE they let us and another family wait 30 minutes. FOOD WAS so GROSS!!!!!!!!!!! We had to throw it out! We asked for our money back and the manager REFUSED! We swore we would never go back but I did. I went for two breakfast burritos before work. I was the only one in line, how can you mess up one order? I get to work, and I had one burrito and it was not what I ordered. Now we haven't been back and never will. They need to tear it down and PLEASE put in a Burger King.

Went to Sonic in my hometown, Swainsboro GA and there was only 2 cars in the drive thru so I thought it would be less wait time but boy was I wrong. I sat in that line so long at the drive thru speaker and no one would respond. I finally drove up to the window and it was on Saturday morning, August 22nd. The girl (listed as cashier #1) finally came to the window and asked what I wanted. There were 3 cars behind me. All of the cars left eventually, as it took over a half hour to get just my order. I should have left. This will be my last trip to Sonic Drive In. I would imagine the others waiting felt the same way. The girl that waited on me did not care at all. She has no business being in customer service of any kind. I wouldn’t have given any stars but this is the only way you can give a review.

oh so fustrating. I had to down their app several times for it to work, I like their drinks, I would never eat there as their calories are too high and the places are dirty. The sonic close to me closes all the time, no employees, internet not working, plus sometimes they wont allow you to order on the app. I boycott them all the time. I have written to them several times about the issue NOTHING IN RESPONSE. They owe me money for over pricing as the app did not work. They honor none of thier advertising. I do not know how they stay in busines

went there for a interview on the first of June and talked to a 👩 lady by the name of Michelle Hoffman at the 3rd street location in Manhattan, Kansas. She was rude and unprepared for my interview. I stood around inside the store waiting 20 minutes just for her to get ✔ done doing other things. Finally when she met up with me we talked outside in 95 degree weather as there was a heat index going on that day so it was over 100 degrees. She didn't offer me anything to drink even if it was just water. There was nowhere to sit outside since i was walking 🚶‍♂️. She rushed through the interview rambling things for a total of 5 minutes. I won't be back as I feel if she does that to perspective employee's what would she do to customers?
