I first started with Sonno back in April of this year 2026. First distributions started in July as per their model. The returns have been steady every month. Communication has never been a problem. I've dealt with Chris from the start, if I have any questions or concerns he's a text or email away and the responses are always the same day or the next day. As an investor with Sonno you have to set up your profile account on their portal and everything is accessible on there such as your distribution notices. They also send the distribution notices to your email every month. I have been very happy with my experience with Sonno Homes.
