Sooth was fantastic
Sooth was fantastic. The therapist was professional and the massage was superb. We get massages often from relaxing to sports massage. And her technique was one of the best.

Birthday surprise ruined in Ottawa
I prebooked a massage for my husband and I for my husband's birthday and a special hotel room. My credit card was charged. 2 hr prior to massage I called support because therapists had never reached out. Was advised they were unable To contact therapists and when pushed I was advised therapist had not accepted any appointments in over a week. Then advised would be 10 days for my $300 to be returned to me.
