Withdrawal Issues through Crypto . I won a fair amount of Money. Withdrew $100 one day and seen I had to wait 24 hrs for next withdrawal which was cool I continued to play. Next day I won money. Tried to withdraw after the timer counted down and It continuesly gave me withdrawal error after withdrawal error. I reached out to support and Low and behold No answer.

After registering and completing verification requirements, I wanted to take advantage of the 1st purchase promotion advertised as 100% match for first purchase only, up to $20. I completed my purchase using crypto and selected this coupon during checkout. My payment was confirmed as received, only instead of receiving 20SC for a 1st purchase of $10 in gold coins, my account was only credited 15SC. I immediately contacted chat support explaining the issue and providing screenshots to confirm the coupon was selected at checkout, who initially assured me that they were "actively working on it", but then offered no update or any sort of response to my follow up questions whatsoever. I also explained that I would refrain from game play while they work on this so the amount added to my account balance stays intact in case thats part of their review process. After 4 hours being left on read, I decided to send an emailed support request hoping maybe I might get a response then. Email support responded stating that they were now "actively working with the payments team to figure out what went wrong and why the coupon applied an incorrect amount" and that they would send me a message upon completion shortly. Given their response and support confirming that their was an issue with the coupon disbursing the correct amount, and since this is a rather cut and dry sort of issue, I expected their follow up and the missing 5SC to be credited to my balance in at most a couple hours. This was not the case. After 12 hours with no response, I sent a follow up email kindly requesting a status update for progress toward resolution... No response. After an additional 8 hours and still nothing, I sent another follow up requesting a status update and restated the issue (wanting to give the benefit of the doubt and in the event that theyre using a ticketed queue system, maybe the support agent who receives my request for follow up was not the same person who sent me a response earlier). 4 more hours go by and still nothing, at the very least if for whatever reason additional time is needed for whatever their process is, the least that can be done is to respond and state that additional time is needed and maybe some reassurance that its actually being worked on. Literally anything to give me some confidence as a customer that this is a legitimate operation and that I didnt just make a mistake by offering them my business/money. Ive just now sent one last message via support chat stating that I expect this to be resolved within 24hrs with the missing 5SC credited to my account, otherwise I'm going to need my payment refunded to me. At this point I'm really not confident either of those things will happen, nor will I ever get an actual meaningful response which at that point, my next step will be reporting to the proper legal and consumer protection channels. *Update* 9/22/2026 in response to Soprize public reply: While I appreciate this matter finally being resolved, I dont appreciate the false narrative that I was the party that was unresponsive throughout this whole issue. I have one singular email that is a notification that someone from chat support responded to my message, within that notification was the detail regarding the promo code, stating that you sent it multiple times over multiple days is simply untrue. Secondly, the notion that i made a mistake when going through checkout is also false, which proof of in the form of a screenshot of my checkout page was provided immediately upon contacting support. This was a system error and despite your claim that this issue was resolved within an hour of me posting the negative review, the process was genuinely off-putting from a customer standpoint and I firmly believe that without escalating to posting a public review, nothing would have been done. I know you're still newly opened, but your protocol in terms of communication with customers requesting the assistance of support needs a major overhaul.
