I had an issue with my address information when my order was placed. A couple of phone calls with customer service resolved the issue….with a new order sebt to the correct address. Customer service that listens to the customers concern and a quick resolution is the way customer service should work. Very professional and apologetic for the issue either a quick response.

Very poor experience with ordering and customer service. UPDATE - I appreciate the refund for the exfoliating cream and partial refund for the Sorviq. It would have been so much easier if you had replied promptly and given a return address for the extra product I was charged for.
