After my payment cleared, I never heard another word from you. This was after a high-pressure sales pitch, which I had to inform your agent that I would not be pushed sooner than I wanted. I'm just praying that your service measures up when I need it.

Was a customer for about one year. Had a claim for an alternator that was went bad because there was an oil leak dripping on to it. So replacing it without fixing the leak would not solve anything. They denied the claim completely. I asked for a refund which they offered right away minus the one year. I accepted as they said they would have the check mailed out that day. It's now 7 weeks later, 7 phone calls into them - a fake fed-ex tracking number and no refund.

We take claim reviews and customer concerns very seriously. In this case, the repair facility advised that the alternator required replacement. Based on the diagnosis provided, the alternator replacement was eligible for coverage and authorization was offered. Regarding the mention of an oil leak, active fluid leaks are generally considered maintenance-related conditions and are not covered under extended service contracts, including ours. Additionally, the servicing advisor did not document an active leak requiring repair at that time. When cancellation was requested, a prorated refund calculation was provided the same day, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. After one year of active coverage, a full refund is not applicable under the contract. We understand not every outcome aligns with expectations, but the matter was handled in accordance with the policy terms. Rep was not as experienced seemed like a recent hire and or training.. Supervisor came on line without any introduction with an AGREESIVE salesmen tactic which was unwarranted..
